At Urban Icon, your product is covered by two types of warranties. The international warranty offered by the brands and the exclusive Inside and Outside Guarantee offered by Urban Icon International Brand Warranty The international brand warranty is offered on all products sold at Urban Icon in line with the details in the guarantee book that you received at the time of your purchase. The warranty is valid for between 2-5 years (depending on the brand) and generally covers only internal parts of the watch including machine defects. External parts of the watch are generally not covered under this warranty. At the time of purchase please make sure you receive the brand warranty book and that the back page is filled out with the model number of the product, the date of purchase and is stamped with the Urban Icon stamp as the authorized retailer. To redeem this warranty, simply bring your watch and the filled in original warranty book to any of our collection points or to any service centre worldwide listed in the warranty book. Urban Icon's Exclusive Inside & Outside Guarantee This guarantee is available only to Urban Icon customers and can be redeemed only in Indonesia. Aside from machine defects covered by the international warranty, our guarantee includes coverage for 6 months from purchase on external parts of the watch including: Strap/Bracelet Stones Push Pins Lugs Battery Crystal This warranty is only issued on watches purchases at the regular retail price (ie: no discounted purchases allowed). Each eligible watch will be given a sticker on the inside of the watch's warranty book. To redeem this guarantee, bring your watch, the original warranty book and the original invoice from your purchase to any collection point and we will repair the defect free of charge*!
